- P&L Motorsports teams up with KW Suspension
P&L Motorsports 2007 STI DragCar
Franklin Park, IL (Jan 21, 2011) P&L Motorsports adds KW Suspension as an official Suspension Sponsor of their 2007 STI Dragcar for the 2011 racing season.
“We are very excited to be working with a company such as KW Suspension”, said P&L President Paul Szuba.
“KW’s quality, durability, years of racing experience and suspension knowledge will play a key role in allowing
our STI to set more records in the quarter mile.”
The P&L Motorsports 2007 STI Drag has netted a best of 9.5sec @ 153mph in the quarter mile. Due to some mechanical issues, the end of the 2010 season was an uneventful one,
the P&L team has worked out all the bugs and the STI has undergone a transformation. It will be piloted once again by non other than Edgar “fast eddie” Torres.
“KW Suspension is looking forward to working with P&L Motorsports and expanding our market base to the drag racing world,” said KW marketing manager George Ciordas
“P&L's professionalism and extensive knowledge of Subarus is second to none and I can’t wait to see what they can accomplish with our Suspension” added Ciordas.

An update has been a while
coming, but things have been unbelievably busy over at P&L
Motorsports. First and foremost; congratulations go
out to Jacob Barnes for his cover story in the July issue of
Modified magazine. Go grab a copy at your news stand
today!
In tuning news, P&L
Motorsports has been working with, and evaluating the usage
of E85 as a fuel alternative for several years. While
it does have its short comings, there are advantages in
certain situations. Give us a call or shoot me an

and we can discuss if this is a viable option for you.

With
the departure of our commitments to the Takata Time Attack
program, we've been able to work hard on working on some new
project cars. Our 2007 STI Drag car was debuted at the
2010 Midwest Subaru Shootout on May 15th. Check out
our updated project cars section shortly!
A
fresh build from the ground up, this new monster is
leveraging what we've learned from the last few drag racing
machines we've built! Running over 800WHP in break-in
form, this machine is capable of 1000+WHP, and <8.99 1/4
mile times. Expect more from this vehicle this season!
