International Orders


All international orders must be prepaid, with either a U.S. Money Order, Certified Check, or Bank Wire. International orders cannot be paid for with a credit card, and previous arrangements must be made beforehand. Please contact us via email for all international inquiries.


All orders shipped internationally are subject to tariffs, duties, and other fees associated with the importation of products into a foreign country. These fees are collected by the shipping agent delivering your merchandise. These fees are calculated on a case-by-case basis by the shipping agent and customs agent of your local jurisdiction.


Product Pricing and Availability


All attempts are made to keep our shopping cart and in-store pricing up-to-date. Despite the best intention, product availability or pricing may change at the last moment, and without notice. We’ll always contact the customer on a price change and allow them the option to pay the surcharge, or we can simply cancel the order and fully refund the order with our apologies.


Warranty -Non-P&L Products


All items purchased from P&L Motorsports are covered through the manufactures warranty. P&L Motorsports does not assume responsibility for the warranty of any products. If you do find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance that a product you have purchased needs to be warrantied, please contact us first so we can help you get the issue resolved. The installation of some aftermarket parts might void your factory warranty, you should always consult your local laws before installing any after-market parts.


Warranty -P&L Products


P and L Motorsports Inc. (P&L) warrants to the consumer that exhaust components will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of the original purchase when installed properly, and as supplied. Aftermarket coatings, wrappings, or otherwise modified components are excluded from their respective warranties. Products that fail within this three (3) year warranty period will be repaired or replaced at P&L’s option when determined by P&L that the product failed due to defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the part when limited for street use. Any competitive, driver instructional course, or motorsport use voids all warranties.


P and L Motorsports Inc. (P&L) will under no circumstances warranty engine assemblies due to the volatile nature of high horsepower racing applications. Outside circumstances such as the inability to monitor proper break-in, engine oil selection, ancillary mechanical faults, and improper ECU calibration do not allow us to provide a warranty for these assemblies.


P and L Motorsports Inc. (P&L) warrants to the consumer that all of its high performance and signature series products, excluding exhaust components and engine assemblies, will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase. Products that fail within this one (1) year warranty period will be repaired or replaced at P&L’s option when determined by P&L that the product failed due to defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the part when limited for street use. Any competitive, driver instructional course, or motorsport use voids all warranties.


In no event shall this warranty exceeds the original purchase price of the warranted part nor shall P&L be responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages or cost incurred due to the failure of this product. Warranty claims to P&L must be transportation prepaid and accompanied with dated proof of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. All implied warranties shall be limited in duration to the said one (1) year warranty period. Improper use or installation, use for racing, accident, abuse, unauthorized repairs, or alterations voids this warranty. P&L disclaims any liability for consequential damages due to breach of any written or implied warranty on all products manufactured by P&L.


This warranty only covers parts manufactured and fabricated by P&L. Aftermarket parts included as part of any “kit” that should fail are covered under their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Warranty returns will only be accepted by P&L when accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The product must be received by P&L within 30 days of the date an RMA is issued.


If you have a warranty issue, please call (847) 678-4311, and our customer service department will assist you. Proof of purchase is required for all P&L warranty claims.


Product Installation


All products purchased from P&L Motorsports are considered for “Off-Road Use Only”. It is recommended that you consult your local laws before purchasing any products. We are not responsible for the use of any of these parts on your vehicle. P&L Motorsports is not responsible for any modifications made to a vehicle, or any damage resulting due to the installation of a product. Please refer to your factory warranty information before installation. It is recommended that you have a factory-certified mechanic install your products.

Missing Parts/Missing Instructions


If for some reason, you feel like you are missing some parts, please be sure to contact one of our representatives. One of our sales team experts will be able to assist you. Some parts that we sell come from overseas, this sometimes leads to products not having English instructions. Most English instructions can be obtainable through us or the manufacturer, please be sure to contact us if this occurs.


Shipping Problems


P&L Motorsports is not responsible for any damages that result during transport. We take as many precautions as we can to ensure that your product arrives in one piece, but accidents still happen. All packages are insured for the full dollar amount. If the situation occurs that one of your packages is damaged, please be sure to save all original packaging, and notify us immediately. If you are worried about the contents of a package, make sure you inspect everything before signing for it. If for some reason you have an order that was double shipped, please immediately contact us, so we can issue a call tag to get it resolved.


P&L Motorsports ships via UPS and USPS only. If you wish to request a specific carrier, please contact us before placing an order.


Billing Problems


Online orders are charged from the moment you click submit. Most of our Signature Series products are made to order and require some lead time for production. The lead time will usually be stated within the ‘Additional Information’ tab on the product itself. This should have an up-to-date, accurate estimate of what the current lead times are for any particular product. That being said, if you have any questions, concerns, or issues with billing, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.


Order Cancellations


A 20% cancellation fee will be applied; this is a standard fee to cover the credit card fees associated with the initial transaction and the refund. No exceptions. Orders with special handling requests (coatings, custom fabrication, etc) are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis. If in doubt, discuss this with your sales associate before ordering. “Special Order” items are NON-REFUNDABLE. If in doubt, please contact us if you’re not sure about the product, before placing the order.


Return Policy


If for some reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us so we can try to help. If you’re not happy with your purchase, that’s alright, we will take it back. There is a minimal 25% restocking fee that applies to all orders that are returned. All returns must be made within 5 days of the invoice date or date of acquisition. All returns must have an approved RMA number, any products that are sent back to us must have a Return Authorization Number, no product will be accepted without one. We can take back items that are new and still Sealed in Retail Packaging. Due to the nature of electrical items, we are not able to accept them for return. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Pricing Policy


P&L strives to keep a competitive and fair pricing strategy on its products and services. That being said, the pricing we have is already reflecting that ideal and is subject to change without notice. “Pricing Quotes” are only honored if they are in writing. All verbal conversations regarding pricing should be taken as estimates at best. Any quotation is only good for 30 days.
